About Us

We combine science with strategy to help entrepreneurs build the value of their business.

We create scientific tools that break down the complexity of business to help you optimize your performance. Our tools guide you in creating your strategic “Blueprints” following a proven process focused on what is vital to business success.

Our team has over 50 years of combined expertise in performance improvement, behavioral science and instructional design. We have worked with some of the largest companies in the world to the smallest across many industries. We know how to build behavioral systems that lead to business results and we now want to bring that expertise to entrepreneurs.

Dissemination of the science and practice of Behavior Systems Analysis is our core value. We push our science forward through numerous peer-reviewed publications, edited books, research conference presentations, book chapters, and professional activities within the University of North Carolina and Western Michigan University systems, the Association for Behavior Analysis International, Cambridge Center for Behavioral Studies, Organizational Behavior Management Network and the Journal of Organizational Behavior Management. We translate this science for you in our tools, online training courses, workshops and coaching offerings.

Performance Blueprints was honored to receive the Geary Rummler Award for the Advancement of Performance Improvement from the International Society for Performance Improvement in 2014. We are dedicated to advancing our science by creating streamlined and novel ways to apply it in every type and size organization.

Our team has improved performance across numerous companies, including:
