Our team has over 50 years of combined expertise in performance improvement, behavioral science and instructional design. We have worked with some of the largest companies in the world across many industries. We know how to build behavioral systems that lead to business results and we now want to bring that expertise to small business entrepreneurs.

Dissemination of the science and practice of Behavior Systems Analysis is our core value. We push our science forward through numerous peer-reviewed publications, edited books, research conference presentations, book chapters, and professional activities within the University of North Carolina and Western Michigan University systems, the Association for Behavior Analysis International, Cambridge Center for Behavioral Studies, Organizational Behavior Management Network and the Journal of Organizational Behavior Management. We translate this science for you in our tools, online training courses, workshops and coaching offerings.

Lori Ludwig

DR. LORI H. LUDWIG is the Founder and CEO of Performance Blueprints. As a Business Strategist, Lori’s goal is to add value by providing expert guidance to other inspired entrepreneurs to optimize their performance. She is passionate about bringing scientific tools to small business entrepreneurs to help them cut through complexity and develop strategies to execute their vision. She does this through coaching, hands-on workshops and online training. Lori also helps entrepreneurs of all types design targeted performance solutions to achieve their goals. Through her own lifelong learning, Lori is dedicated to disseminating Behavioral Systems Analysis and does this by continuously testing and refining tools with a variety of companies across different industries. Lori has worked with global Fortune 500 companies, creative start-ups, human services, non-profits and local small businesses. Her specialties include strategic planning, organizational system mapping, process design, measurement and management system design, technology integration, accountability and feedback tactics, performance-based learning programs and leadership coaching. Lori received her B.S. in Psychology and Creative Writing, M.A. in Industrial Organizational Psychology and Ph.D. in Applied Behavior Analysis from Western Michigan University in 2003. She currently serves as a Trustee of the Cambridge Center for Behavioral Studies.

DR. TIMOTHY D. LUDWIG is a Co-Creator of Performance Blueprints tools and serves as an Advanced Consultant. Tim earned his Ph.D. at Virginia Tech researching the benefits of employee-driven behavioral programs continuing his post-doctoral work in industrial engineering studying applications of W. Edwards Deming to quality improvement. He then applied this research in his work providing performance improvement consulting to numerous clients in both the public and private sector. Tim has applied his expertise on a mission to help industries apply behavioral systems to reduce workplace injuries, making him one of the top consultants in behavioral safety. Tim teaches advanced graduate studies in Organizational Development and Organizational Behavior Management at Appalachian State University where he has been recognized with numerous teaching, research, and outreach awards. Tim serves on the Board of the Cambridge Center for Behavioral Studies. He is the author of dozens of scholarly articles that empirically document the successes of methods to improve organizational performance through behavioral systems solutions. His books include Behavioral Systems: Understanding Complexity in Organizations and The Behavioral Science Approach to Process Safety, written to apply behavioral systems science to emerging fields.

Timothy Ludwig

DR. HEATHER M. MCGEE is a Co-Developer of the Performance Analysis Toolkit and specializes in graduate training in systems analysis. She is an Associate Professor of Psychology and Co-Chair of the Industrial/Organizational Behavior Management program at Western Michigan University. Heather received her B.S. (1998), M.A. (2003), and Ph.D. (2004) from WMU. Throughout her career, she has designed, developed and implemented organizational performance solutions in a variety of industries and settings, including autism service providers, the pharmaceutical industry, education, and health and human services. These solutions have included performance-based instruction, performance management, behavioral systems changes and lean sigma initiatives. Additionally, Heather is the Executive Director of the Organizational Behavior Management Network and serves as an associate editor for the Journal of Organizational Behavior Management and on the editorial board for Behavior Analysis: Research and Practice.
